Il secondo roundtable dell’Italian PropTech Network avrà come focus l’utilizzo di dati per la configurazione di servizi professionali innovativi.

Anche questa volta, si tratterà di condividere soluzioni, proposte e provocazioni da parte delle Italian PropTechs da discutere con gli operatori del Real Estate, exchanging observations and experiences in order to discuss prospects and challenges for the real estate sector of the future.


"There are numerous benefits that digitization is bringing to the real estate sector: increase in transactions, including international ones, rapid census of vast territories, consumer profiling, definition of trends, anticipation of demand and much more. All this takes place thanks to the possibility of collecting , organize, process and analyze large amounts of data at different scales (from the single building component, to the building and the territory)."

However, often the amount of data available exceeds the real processing possibilities, so that we end up neglecting its transformation into information and knowledge.

Having an increasingly rich, punctual and updated information framework makes it possible to foresee alternative and scalable scenarios and therefore to pursue the most advantageous strategies, arranging the most correct measures and countermeasures in relation to different contexts.

This predictive ability, necessarily "data based" and concretely attributable to the potential of new technological-digital tools, in Real Estate can find application in every area of the professional services chain; from the phase ofevaluation of the real estate investment-risk, until theoptimization of costs and operations.

Il perfezionamento della capacità predittiva può rendere più resilient a variety of products and services, generando un “nuovo Real Estate” capace di trasformare l’offerta in maniera flessibile. Gli sconvolgimenti indotti nel mercato dalla Covid-19 pandemic inducono una serie di considerazioni a tal proposito, sulla base del fatto che il coronavirus non ha solo prodotto il distanziamento, ma ha anche intaccato le prospettive di vita delle persone.

Questo ha changed housing and working choices, impacting the demand and supply in Real Estate. The market is therefore moving towards more flexible solutions that reflect the needs of users:

What are the input data that feed the "intelligent" systems/services offered by PropTechs?

– How is this data collected? Through which technological solutions (for example sensors, which allow digital management already from the initial phase of the analysis process)? Furthermore,

– Through which technologies are the data read and processed?

– What problems emerge in relation to data security and privacy protection?

– What is the role of people in this landscape dominated by technology?
